  • Can I modify my payment type?expand_more
    Yes, you can change your credit card at any time through your account or by calling your ForeverCar Protectionator.

    Yes, you can modify the payment due date once during the length of the vehicle service plan.
  • Is there a finance fee?expand_more
    Payments are made every month and there are no interest or financing charges for ForeverCar Vehicle Service Plans.
  • Can I cancel my plan at any time?expand_more
    Yes, your plan can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel your vehicle service plan within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund.

    Our repair concierge team helps to guide you through the entire repair process. Use any qualified repair facility of your choice. Just pay your deductible and drive on.
  • Where can I get my car repaired?expand_more
    We work closely with ASE-certified repair facilities nationwide. This includes dealer service centers, franchise repair centers and most independent repair shops.
  • Do I need service records for every claim?expand_more
    Not every claim requires maintenance or service records. However, there are some maintenance-related claims that may require service records.
  • How many claims can I file?expand_more
    There is typically no limit to the number of claims that can be filed in a given coverage period. However, there are sometimes monetary value limitations when claims exceed a certain value. Consult your contract for more details.
  • How much do I pay for covered repairs?expand_more
    Our vehicle service plans allow you to customize the amount of the deductible. That means, you can choose what you pay for covered repairs. Deductibles typically range from $0 -$500 depending on the administrator.
